Kitchen and bathrooms are the two biggest selling points to a home, so do not overlook the kitchen.

Bathroom Remodeling – as mentioned in the kitchen remodeling section, bathrooms have a big impact on how a home will or will not sell quickly. A bathroom remodel will add value to your home by doing things such as new countertops, new tile for floors and/or shower and tub surround and updated fixtures.
