One of the most popular is granite countertops. We are at The Floor Barn are also a granite counter top fabricator and installer. People want to have that luxury look and feel and typically in the bathroom there is not going to be a lot of vanity surface area in comparison to a kitchen so it is a much more affordable luxury then one might think.

Also, most homeowners want to make sure there are double sinks if there was not already.

Another thing we are starting to see is radiant heat floors. I personally have them in our master bathroom and I must say that they awesome and worth every penny.
